And what is more, many of our present and former employees were among the first architects of the Russian communications market. Even when leaving M&P, most employees still keep in touch with each other and the Company; the experience they obtained here, their work in our dedicated and open-minded team and our continuous ambition to move onward are very strong «welding agents». We try to maintain contact with our former employees, and many of them eventually become our clients or partners.
