Task: Position the company as a strong player on the market, support the company’s IPO, inform target audiences about the Global offering and advantages of the business, its strategy and investment story.
Action: After conducting a detailed perception study M&P developed the communication strategy and the action plan based on the flotation schedule, we prepared all the corporate information for the offering (key messages, Q&As, press releases, etc.), carried out a series of media & investor relations trainings for the executives, and involved loyal experts and key opinion leaders from business and investment communities into the communication process. We successfully displayed the unique investment opportunity to the market by focusing on NCSP’s competitive advantages and company's investment story (the biggest port of growing Russian economy with a unique geographical location and leading positions in the region, a significant potential for further economic indicators growth), building a strong positive reputation of senior management among media and analyst communities. These measures allowed us to create a good corporate image of NCSP and a positive information field around the stock flotation. After the offering we developed and implemented the post-IPO program and recommendations.
Results: Successful offering on LSE, MICEX and RTS amounted about $1 billion. The offering was met very positive by the market and was versubscribed more than 5 times. The high level of communication campaign was noted by the media and analysts while our client appreciated the Agency’s work.
