Task: Benchmark the current perceptions and attitudes towards the Company.
Action: M&P conducted a perception study among target audiences to benchmark the reputation profile of the company, its top-managers and shareholders, company's reputation strength and weaknesses, the level of target audience trust, as well as attitudes towards the company and its subsidiaries among internal and external audiences were benchmarked. Based on the findings, M&P developed a corporate communications strategy, including internal communications procedures and proposed detailed action plan in order to increase the target audiences’ loyalty to the company.
Results: Successfully conducted the reputation audit, the agency's work was highly appreciated by the Client.
