The Russia Forum

Location: Moscow

Task: Creation an information profile for a new international forum organized by Troika Dialog, one of the oldest and largest private investment banks in Russia. Positioning of the Forum as the unique Moscow-based global economic event which opens new financial year. Provide overall communications support.

Action: M&P created and designed event positioning and communications materials, developed key messages; organized and managed the press-centre. 50 exclusive interviews with key speakers and guests of the Forum were conducted. More then 300 reporters from the Western, Moscow-based and Russian federal media were accommodated for the event. M&P managed all the external communications before, during and after the Forum. We organized live studious for Bloomberg, RTR, Business&FM, Kommersant and supported the work of the leading Russian and International press: The 1s Channel, Vedomosti, The Moscow News, Russia Today TV, The Wall Street Journal, The Associated Press, National Business, Financial Times, Nouvel Observateur, Fox News Channel, etc.

Results: The leading Russian and international media covered the Forum an produced feature stories. Comprehensive and accurate media coverage (more then 700 publications), clear messages and positioning. High appreciation of the Agency’s efforts by the Client.
